Our products are sourced from trusted partners in California, New Jersey, and select warehouse partnerships in China.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs vary by location, items ordered, and warehouse origin. Rates are calculated at checkout for transparency.

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • U.S. Warehouses (California & New Jersey): 3–8 business days after processing

    • International Warehouses (China): 7–20 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays

    • Multiple Shipments: Orders with items from different warehouses may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

Order Processing

  • Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Most orders processed within 1–3 business days

  • Tracking numbers provided via email once shipped


Returns & Store Credit

  • Intimate Apparel & Wellness Products: Due to the nature of these items, returns are not accepted. All sales of intimate apparel, hosiery, pleasure products, and wellness products are final.

  • Deficiencies or Issues: For any product deficiencies or issues, please:

    1. Follow the manufacturer’s warranty instructions (if applicable)

    2. Email us at contact@x11thheavenx.com with your order details and issue description

    3. If your claim is approved, we’ll issue store credit up to the amount of the product cost

  • Most Sales Are Final: Except for cases of prolonged shipment delays that significantly affect delivery time, most sales are considered final.
